MINT CONDITION TRUTH

DIMENSIONS 90cm × 120cm
MEDIUM Spray Paint & Oil Pastel on Canvas
YEAR 2025

This work confronts the idea of truth as something packaged, filtered, and circulated. The phrase “mint true king in a bias society” suggests a world where authenticity is claimed but rarely neutral. The figure’s partially exposed anatomy—lungs, skeletal lines—contrasts with a constructed exterior, reinforcing the tension between what is real and what is presented. Symbols orbit the figure like coded signals, while the bold “FREE” anchors the piece in contradiction: freedom is declared, yet everything around it implies structure, influence, and distortion. The work questions whether truth can exist untouched—or whether it is always shaped by the systems that distribute it.
